1. Why are you running for this position?

I am very meticulous and organized, so I feel like this is the best way for me to contribute to Student Council and the school.

2. What qualities do you have that make you stand out compared to other candidates?

I have visible confidence and determination. Not to be confused with overconfidence, I show enthusiasm and drive in everything I do, inside and outside of Student Council.

3. What do you believe makes you a great student leader?

My positive attitude make me a great student leader. If I always keep my chin up and a smile on my face, I’m sure that energy will flow through others.

4. If you win, what do you want your legacy to be at Township?

If I win treasurer, I hope to work along with the rest of Top 5 and creating the most open and understanding environment at our school. There’s always an extra step we can take to ensure the betterment of everyone in our community.

5. Who has provided the most positive influence on your development as a leader?

Mr. Spencer, the band director, has provided the most influence on me. When I first got to high school, I didn’t have a true sense of who I was, I was just following the crowd. With the help of him, and Mrs. Mason and Mrs. Molloy of course, I have become a much stronger leader, and I hope to help others become leaders too.
