Why are you running for this position?

I think that it is important for the student body to stay involved with the school events and to be informed through social media the details of the events.

What qualities do you have that make you stand out as a leader?

My compassion toward others, taking responsibility for tasks others may not feel comfortable with, and communicating with others when situations take an unexpected turn.

If you win, what would you try to accomplish?

I would try to accomplish getting the student body more involved. I would want them to be informed about the schools events, that way if they are interested and are able to know what to expect at the event, and different ways they can get involved in the school.

Who has provided the most positive influence on your development as a leader?

My sister. She has shown me that even in the toughest times, being there for others and stepping up to a challenge when needed is the best thing to do.

What’s one quote that has impacted your outlook on leadership and life?

“Do not listen with the intent to reply. But with the intent to understand.” Part of life and part of being a leader is listening to those around you and understanding their concerns to learn more about the person they are.
