Opinion: Doug Pederson

The Philadelphia eagles recently have hired Former Chief offensive coordinator, Doug Pederson. This is a very smart movie by the Eagles organization in my opinion. What Philadelphia needed was a smart coach with a balanced system, nothing to exciting, That is just what Pederson is .Pederson is a disciple of one of the Eagles best coaches ever and a top 20 coach of all time, Andy Reid . In Kansas City Pederson and Reid directed a 1-5 start to the divisional round of playoffs losing 27-20 to the Patriots. Pederson was the brain behind the running success. After star running back Jamal Charles went down with an ACL injury the chiefs bounced back still in the running game. Pederson helped the Chiefs put together 2,044 total yards and 19 touchdowns and the 2^nd best rushing attack in the league. Pederson showed everyone that his schemes work. With the Eagles rosters we have weapons if we use them right and I believe Pederson will get that out of such players such as DeMarco Murray. “Doug Pederson is a coach the eagles know and he will really open up our rushing attack and I think they will have great success with him,” Senior Mike McKillop told me when questioned. The Eagles will have a full off season to learn Pederson playbook which is a pretty simple scheme. 2016-2017 could be the season they find te coach we’ve been looking for.
