What is the charity you chose to represent?
No Kid Hungry because no one, especially kids, should have to worry about when or how they’re getting their next meal. No Kid Hungry provides children with a reliable source of food so they don’t have to resort to desperate choices.
Why do you best represent WTHS?
I keep a positive attitude and try to encourage everyone to make every day a good day. The only thing I regret is not being more involved.
If you could pick anyone beside yourself to win, who would it be?
James Conner. I’ve known James since middle school, and he has always been extremely outgoing and friends with everybody.
Favorite music artist:
Nicki Minaj. We have the same name.
What TV show/movie character are you most like?
Spongebob has been my favorite show since I was a kid. It’s the best stress reliever.
What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?
I can’t say I ever disliked any of my teachers, but Mr. Parker made the biggest impact on me over my four years at WTHS. He is very outgoing, a good listener, and shows genuine interest in his students’ personal growth and well-being.
What is your go-to Wawa order?
A honey chicken Mac and cheese bowl. Of course a classic hoagie never fails either.
What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?
Becoming more sociable and making new friends.
What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?
High school doesn’t mean the world, but make it your best. School is our entire lives up to this point, and while it seems like a cliché saying, as someone now facing the end of high school, the only regret I have is not being more involved or making more friends sooner. Chase your goals, achieve great things, and don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity.
What are your plans and goals for after high school?
After high school, I’m going to Montclair State University for business. I want to find a career in finance and live in New York, but most importantly, travel the world and have a positive impact on the people I meet.
Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?
My older sister has had the biggest influence on my life all the way from when I was a kid up to now. We’ve shared a lot of great memories and had our fair share of sibling fights, but I have also learned a lot of lessons from my sister that will have a lasting impact on both of us.
What has been the best part about being on Mr. WT?
Filming the different videos and interviews, and learning the new dance. Dancing definitely isn’t my strong point.
