What is the charity you chose to represent?
The Unforgotten Haven because they are a local charity, based in Blackwood NJ, and they help anyone who needs it such as the homeless, cancer patients, veterans, house fire victims, domestic abuse victims, and even pets who’ve been left in shelters.
Why do you best represent Washington Township?
I create a fun and inclusive environment wherever I go, and I always try my best to make everyone feel welcome. I’m super outgoing and friendly to everyone I meet. I’m involved in many activities in the school such as drama club, choir, Interact and more. I also help out the community and help charities such as the charity I chose, The Unforgotten Haven.
What is your favorite pick-up line?
Are you a parking ticket? ‘Cause you’ve got ‘fine’ written all over you.
If you could pick anyone besides yourself to win, who would it be?
Emily Brown. We’ve been friends for 10 years and all 10 years she’s been one of the most genuine and caring people I’ve ever known. She cares so deeply about all her friends, and she’s such a bright soul and makes any event fun!

Anna from Frozen! We both are very fun and bubbly, but we are very protective over the people we care for.

a honey roasted turkey hoagie with lettuce, cucumbers and pickles with Dr. Pepper
If you could give yourself one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation because there are so many places I’ve always wanted to go to in history.
What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?
Probably when I joined the drama club. Being able to be a part of the musical last year was magical. It was my first time ever performing on stage, and I instantly fell in love with theater and performing. I met so many amazing people and got closer with those I already knew.
If you could change one thing about the world you live in, what would it be?
Less hate. I wish everyone could just come to a common ground on things, for the good of society.
What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?
Everyone says it but get involved! You could meet so many people you never thought you would, and they could end up being some of your lifelong friends.
What are your plans and goals for after high school?
attend college majoring in nursing and hopefully one day become a labor and delivery nurse
What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?
She retired at the end of last year but Mrs. Molotsky. I only joined the drama club for the first time my junior year, so I only knew her for a few months but she made me feel so welcome. I would eat lunch in her room with my friends almost every day, and she created a safe space where I felt I could truly be myself!
Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?
My parents. They’ve made me who I am today. They’ve helped me and inspired me so much throughout my life.
What is one thing you cannot live without?
My friends because they never fail to make me smile and they bring the best out of me.
What is something about you that most people do not know?
I have a medical condition called POTS, and it causes me to get really dizzy easily and my resting heart rate to be very high.

If you had to give a 20-minute presentation on a topic of your choosing, what would it be?
The show How I Met Your Mother. It’s my favorite show, and I could talk about it forever. There are so many small but important details in the show that are overlooked but they are so important to the story.
What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?
Becoming friends with the other girls. I’m so happy I was able to get to meet all of them and be able to represent the senior class alongside them.
