What is the charity you chose to represent?
Pancreatic Cancer research because I recently lost my grandfather in March of 2024 to pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly and aggressive forms of cancer.
Why do you best represent Washington Township?
I’m very well rounded and involved. I have been a part of the track and field program since my freshman year. I am involved academically in school being in AP and honors classes and a part of many clubs. I’m always kind to others and try to be someone that others feel comfortable reaching out to.

If you could pick anyone besides yourself to win, who would it be?
Ella because she’s a great student athlete who is so kind to everyone, and she just brightens up any room she walks into.

What TV show/movie character are you most like?
Rory from Gilmore Girls because she’s nice and sympathetic and she’s also smart. She cares deeply about her relationships with friends and family.
What is your go-to Wawa order?
a strawberry banana mango smoothie. I also get the sizzli on a bagel with bacon a lot.
If you could give yourself one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation because I want to travel around when I’m older, but I’m not a fan of planes.
What has been your most embarrassing moment at WTHS?
At a track meet in New York I was running the 300 meter and at the finish line I was pretty sore and just got tangled up in my own legs and fell. The whole crowd gasped and it was pretty embarrassing and it also hurt a lot.
What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?
Junior year at a track meet placing first at state relays with Dahlia Beasley. It was just really cool because Dahlia and I had gotten 2nd the past two years but last year we finally got 1st so that was a very special moment, also contributing to the team’s first state relay win in 25 years.
If you could change one thing about the world you live in, what would it be?
I would just want people to be kinder to each other. I feel like there’s so much hate in being different from one another.
What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?
Make the most of every day. Everyone always says that high school goes by fast and you don’t believe it, but it really does go by so fast. So make the most of every one moment throughout high school.
What are your plans and goals for after high school?
After high school, I plan to attend college for my nursing degree and continue my track and field career. After getting my degree I plan to go to anesthesiology school to become a CRNA.
What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?
My track coach Fraction has had the biggest impact on my high school career. Fraction has always been so supportive of me on and off the field. If I ever need someone to talk to I always know Fraction is there to help me. She cares about everyone on the team like we are part of her family and that’s very special to have.
Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?
My mom because she’s always willing to help me and support me. She’s made me the person I am today, and I’ll always be so grateful for her.
What is one thing you cannot live without?
Music because it calms me down and helps me focus. I love to listen to music pretty much all the time, even when I sleep.
What is something about you that most people do not know?
I did karate for 7 years from 1st-7th grade and I had my black belt.
Describe yourself in three words:
hardworking, determined, ambitious If you had to give a 20-minute presentation on a topic of your choosing, what would it be?
I would do a track and field presentation because it’s just something I’m so passionate about and I know a lot about so I could go on and on about different track topics and all the different events involved in track.
What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?
The best part about being on homecoming court has been connecting with the other girls on court and just being in a position to be a role model to so many is so special and something I will forever be grateful for.
