What is the charity you chose to represent?
Hope For The Day because it’s an amazing movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health. Suicide and mental health can be an uncomfortable topic, however it is a topic that lets those who suffer from suicide ideation and mental health know that they’re not alone and help is out there.
Why do you best represent Washington Township?
By just being myself. The person that I am is always ready to lend a helping hand. I also enjoy being a part of community events. I carry myself as a young lady with morals, principles, values and pride.

If you could pick anyone besides yourself to win, who would it be?
Bryn Whitmore. Bryn is a really sweet girl. I love her personality and her smile. She’s also really friendly and kind to everyone.

What TV show/movie character are you most like?
Luisa Madrigal from Encanto. We both feel like we have to be the strongest for our younger siblings and family. We both also have a fear of disappointing our family.

Chicken and cheese quesadilla with corn, Funyuns and a XL cup of ice and water
If you could give yourself one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation powers so I can go anywhere and wouldn’t have to drive or worry about missing curfew.
What has been your most embarrassing moment at WTHS?
When I ripped my pants sophomore year
What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?
The football games were most memorable. I was able to meet new people and the games were always fun to start the weekend off!
If you could change one thing about the world you live in, what would it be?
All of the gun violence around the world to stop happening. I would also want to build more irrigation systems to make it accessible to third world countries.
What are your plans and goals for after high school?
Attend Rutgers University in Newark NJ, to obtain my degree as a registered nurse. I would also like to study in a business degree program and start my own food business.
Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?
My mom. She strives to get things done for me and my two sisters. She always gets up early to work even when she’s too tired from a long night/day of hearing me and my sisters bickering with each other. She always makes her kids happy and always gets us what we need even on her busiest days.
What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?
My freshman year Spanish teacher Mrs. Beaton. She has always been there to give me great advice. She was always there for me when I felt down and listened if I just needed to vent. She would always let me be myself in her class.
What is something about you that most people do not know?
I am a pretty good singer when I try my best.

If you had to give a 20-minute presentation on a topic of your choosing, what would it be?
irrigation in third world countries. Water is a life necessity and is needed to help grow crops.
What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?
The whole experience of it. Also meeting new people and getting to be a part of new things like the 4th of July parade.
