What is the charity you chose to represent?

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation because my Aunt Kelly was 44 when she passed away two years ago due to breast cancer. My hope is that one day a cure will be found for this disease so that no one else has to suffer from it.

Why do you best represent Washington Township?

I am a great student academically but also very involved with several clubs at the high school. I enjoy coming to school and seeing my friends each day but also love making new friends and forming connections with new people. I am kind to all and helpful and supportive to anyone who needs it. I also have a lot of school spirit, and nothing makes me happier than choregraphing dances for all the big township events.

What is your favorite pick-up line?

“You’re so hot you made me forget my pick-up line.”

If you could pick anyone besides yourself to win, who would it be?

Tori Barbara. Tori is one of my best friends and not only is she an amazing student and athlete but she’s also an amazing person. The hard work she puts into everything she does inspires me, and she is very deserving of this.

Being able to fly because I’m a terrible driver.

Memorial Day weekend with all my friends

If you could change one thing about the world you live in, what would it be?

For Chick-fil-a to stay open on Sundays

What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?

Participate in anything you can throughout high school because it makes your experience here that much more fun. Live in every moment because you only get them once and you will miss it soon.

What are your plans and goals for after high school?

I would love to attend a college in South Carolina, but I am still undecided on a major. I plan to have a career in the science field.

What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?

Mrs. Nowicki. She is a great teacher because she makes personal connections with each of her students. She had many helpful talks with me about what I want to do in the future, and I appreciate her for this so much.

Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?

My mom has had the biggest influence on me in life because she goes out of her way to make me and my sister happy and is the first person by my side when I need help. I aspire to have her level of patience and her ability to do everything at once. She gives the best advice, and I can only hope to grow up and be just like her.

What is one thing you cannot live without?

My bed because I’m always sleeping.

What is something about you that most people do not know?

I don’t know how to ride a bike…

What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?

Getting the chance to represent the best school and experiencing all of the support from my family and friends.
