Mr. February, 2021 – Luca Franco

What would be your advice to underclassmen concerning high school?  

If you want to make the best of your four years in high school, get involved. It will allow you to meet and talk to people that you normally don’t see. 

If you could go back one year, what would you say to yourself pre-covid? 

Don’t take normal life for granted, go out as much as possible. 

What’s your favorite pick-up line?  

If you were a booger, I’d pick you first.  

If you could pick anyone besides you to win, who would it be? 

Joey McCrea because I’ve been friends with him since preschool and that would be fun to watch him win.  

Why should we choose you to be Mr. Washington TWP 2021 

Since sophomore year I have been involved with a lot of clubs/activities at WTHS. 

What fictional character do you relate to the most 

I never really thought about this one before, but I would probably go witHiccup from How to Train Your Dragon since he always tries to see the good in situations.  

What is your hidden talent? 

I am good at drawing. 

How has the Mr. Washington Township nomination changed your (everyday) life? 

I try to live up to what it means to be Mr. Washington Township, and this keeps me motivated to do well in school and participate in events.  

How do you want to be remembered at WTHS?  

Being a kind and talkative person who always got involved with things at WTHS.  

What’s your favorite movie?  

The Lion King because I watched it for the first time when I was really young, and I have a nice memory connected with the movie.  

What was your favorite quarantine activity? 

Getting food with my friends or playing football at the park. 

What quality about yourself do you love most? 

I have good self-motivation which helps me do things that I don’t like or want to do that need to get done.   

If you could live anywhere besides the US, where would it be? 

An island somewhere because I like the beach and ocean.  

What teacher/staff member at WTHS has had the most impact on your high school career?  

Mr. Rosenello was my history teacher for Freshman and Sophomore year. He made me really interested about history, and he is always passionate about every topic he is teaching. Mr. Rosenello taught many important life lessons as well, and he makes sure his students know how important it is to have a good education.  

If you could bring three things with you to a deserted island, what would they be?  

A metal jug, an axe, and a boat. 

What are your aspirations and plans for after graduation?  

Go to either the Naval Academy or Rowan and become an officer in the Navy and become a pilot in the Navy.  

If you could create a class at WTHS what would it be? 

A stock market class  

What’s your favorite animal?  

An Orca  

What’s your favorite place to get food 

Texas Roadhouse or Olive Garden 

What is the number one thing you look for in a significant other? 

The number one thing I look for in a significant other is that they are hardworking.  

What is your go-to wawa order? 

A cheddar cheese soft pretzel, a strawberry yogurt parfait, and two Pure Leaf teas (lemon flavor). 

If you could trade places with someone for one day, who would it be? 

I would trade places witwhoever is President at the time to see if aliens actually exist (I don’t believe in them). 

If you won a million dollars, what would you do? 

Give some of it to my family and donate it to some charities and invest the rest of it into index funds.
