What is the charity you chose to represent?

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I chose this charity because my father has MS and being able to support the research to find a cure however I can is extremely important to me.

Why do you best represent WTHS?

I am very committed to everything that I participate in, such as extracurriculars and my studies. For example, being president of TWP Choir has allowed me to reflect my care for acceptance and leadership amongst the student body.

What is your favorite pick up line?

I have a boyfriend.

If you could pick anyone beside yourself to win, who would it be?

Destini Allen. Destini completely deserves to win because everything she represents not only as a student at WTHS but as an individual is truly inspiring and beautiful all around.

How have you gotten through quarantine and social distancing?

I have gotten through quarantine through Facetime, music, and family time.

What has been your most embarrassing moment at WTHS?

Freshman year when I came out for my entrance in the musical on the second show night and tripped over my dress and had to play it off in the scene.

What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?

Being elected as one of the Senior Directors for 2021.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Not spending my money on solely just food every week.

What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?

Be yourself and never take a moment for granted. This same concept applies to life, as well as the idea of making sure you do what you love and taking every opportunity that comes your way.

What are your plans and goals for after high school?

I plan on committing to a four-year college and pursuing a career in Nursing, along with pursuing real estate.

What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?

I would say that Mr. Z has had the biggest impact on my high school career because he’s taught me the most about being myself, leadership, and life skills that I couldn’t have gained better from anyone else.

Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?

My parents have had the biggest influence on me. They have shaped me into the person I am today, and I would not be me without their consistent love, support, honesty, and care.

What is one thing you cannot live without?

I cannot live without music because it is my main hobby to analyze music and listen to on my free time.

What is something about you that most people do not know?

My Chick-fil-A order is a 12-count nugget meal with a sweet tea.

If you could bring one person, thing, and appliance to a deserted island, what would it be?

I would bring Tom Hanks, a volleyball, and a refrigerator. Tom Hanks knows a thing or two about being a castaway on an island, the volleyball to keep us company, and a fridge to keep some water from the sea cool.

What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?

Being able to share this experience with the other 11 amazing girls, as well as be able to support each other and have fun in a safe way.
