What is the charity you chose to represent?

The Camden County Animal Shelter also known as Homeward Bound Animal Shelter. I am an avid advocate for animals and animal rights. I find it absolutely necessary that good quality, safe shelters get donations. The shelter is a no kill facility and they have the best intentions for their animals.

Why do you best represent WTHS?

I think I represent WTHS well in the organizations I am involved in at the school. For example, I am in AFJROTC and am very involved. In ROTC, I have created the finance book for the core, I am coordinating Military Ball for this school year, I have completed numerous tasks for the ASIs, and so much more. Additionally, I am involved in the school play, “Most Likely To: The Senior Superlative Monologues”.

What is your favorite pick up line?

Do you have sunburn or are you always this hot?!

If you could pick anyone beside yourself to win, who would it be?

Kelly. She is extremely involved in the school, is very intelligent, and she truly cares about others. Kelly has the best personality and is the sweetest person I have ever met.

Favorite quarantine activity?

I like having extra time to work on the farm and ride horses.

How have you gotten through quarantine and social distancing?

I continue to be very careful, using hand sanitizer and safe methods. I choose to only hang out with a few of my friends who I know for sure are being safe and social distancing.

What has been your most embarrassing moment at WTHS?

Probably receiving my first national award my freshman year in ROTC, where I proceeded to knock into the projector during Final Awards and mess the slide show up.

What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?

All the friends I have made along the way and the memories I ended up making with them.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I would probably make myself more focused.

What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?

I would advise underclassmen to do what they want, don’t overwork themselves, and to just have fun.

What are your plans and goals for after high school?

I plan to receive my Real Estate degree and work there for the time being. However, I will be getting my animal science degree at Rutgers and open up my own farm/petting zoo/horse training facility. I hope to also continue acting on the side.

What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?

Two teachers had a huge impact on me. Colonel Lumpkin and Mrs. Molotsky. Both of these women have taught me how to work hard, follow my dreams, and to never give up. I have grown so much from the instruction and influence from these amazing teachers.

Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?

My mom. She taught me so much regarding equestrian activities and helps me constantly to become a better person.

What is one thing you cannot live without?

I could never live without animals because I just absolutely adore them and love rescuing them!

What is something about you that most people do not know?

I am secretly really good at doing makeup.

Interesting, compassionate, smart

If you could bring one person, thing, and appliance to a deserted island, what would it be?

I would most likely bring an animal. They aren’t going to help me in any way, especially because I’m vegetarian…. But it would be nice to not be there alone.

What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?

Seeing how many people are supporting me in my journey.
