What is the charity you chose to represent?

I chose to represent the Purple Heart Foundation because my grandfather was a World War II veteran and the men and women in the armed services make huge sacrifices that give us our freedom. They risk their lives to save our lives, and I want to show my appreciation by representing a charity that provides support for our Military’s programs and services.

 

Why do you best represent WTHS?

I am proud of be a student of WTHS. I am hard-working and I believe that being able to make someone smile is the best thing I can do for someone. I love to help people and that is what Township is all about!

 

What is your favorite pick up line?

Do you have a Band-Aid? Because I just scraped my knee falling for you.

 

If you could pick anyone beside yourself to win, who would it be?

I would pick Christina Fath because I think she represents WTHS perfectly. She is confident and strong but she is always willing to lend a helpful hand to someone who needs it.

What has been your most embarrassing moment at WTHS?

I fell walking up the I pod steps and I caused a huge traffic jam.

 

What has been one of the most memorable aspects of your high school experience?

Being a part of Class Council has allowed me to meet my best friends and become closer with the people and teachers of my class.

 

What is one thing you would change about yourself?

I would want to be more patient. I get very excited and nervous to do things and I wish I was able to relax.

 

What is one thing you would change about the world you live in?

I would want the world to be more accepting of everyone. Everyone is unique in their own way and that is what makes the world beautiful. We need to embrace and respect each other’s differences!

 

What advice would you give to underclassmen about high school? About life?

I would tell underclassman to take risks and steep out of their comfort zone! WTHS has so many amazing programs and people that will change their lives forever.

 

What are your plans and goals for after high school?

I want to go to college as a nursing major. My goal is to become a nurse.

 

What teacher or faculty member has made the biggest impact on your high school career?

Mr. Barnshaw taught me that being a positive person can make a huge difference. He taught me it is important to live your life to the fullest and never give up until you become the person you want to be.


Who in your life has had the biggest influence on you?

My dad has the biggest influence on me because he is everything I want to be. He is the happiest and funniest person you will ever met, but he is also the hardest worker and most caring person. He gives me strength to push through my obstacles!


What is one thing you can not live without?

I can not live without the Office. That show provides pure happiness for me and makes me consistently laugh.

 

What is something about you that most people do not know?

Most people do not know that I have a rabbit named Pierre because he has a white fur mustache.

If you could bring one person, thing, and appliance to a deserted island, what would it be?

I would bring Michael Scott, a hammock, and a refrigerator so I can laugh, have a place to sleep, and a place keep my food cold!

 

What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?

I am able to enjoy such an amazing experience with 11 other amazing girls. I get to be a part of something that represents WTHS and I am so beyond thankful for this opportunity!
