What is the charity you chose to represent?

The charity I chose to represent was The Mummers Against Cancer Foundation. I chose this charity because my dad has been a mummer for over 40 years, and in 2016 my Dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer. During endless appointments and chemotherapy treatments he still participated in mummer’s events. Also, this charity donated to my family and I would like to give back and help another mummer family out there in need.

What has been the best part about being on the Homecoming Court?

The best part of being on homecoming court is how close the 11 girls and I have gotten over the past month. Experiencing this with them is something I will  never forget!  I wish we all became close sooner.
