“Purpose” gives fans hope

We know his name, we know his rise to fame, we know his songs and we certainly know his looks. But on his most recent album, Purpose, Justin Bieber made it very clear that he is more than most people think of him. With a total of 18 songs, Bieber manages to come back stronger than ever before, reminding us all of the talented person we fell in love with in 2009.

The albums mood is similar to his older music in the sense of the pop sounds, but also extremely different lyrical wise. On a lot of albums the lyrics stand out the most in the songs, and this is one of those cases.

Some lyrics that stand out are the ones in the song I’ll show you
“Sometimes it’s hard to do the right thing when the pressures coming down like lightening. It’s like they want me to be perfect when they don’t even know that I’m hurting”
This struck the hearts of many beliebers as they believed this lyric was written about the extreme pressures of fame.

Another powerful lyric on the album is one on the song, Life is Worth Living.
“Life is worth living, so live another day. The meaning of forgiveness. People make mistakes. Doesn’t mean you have to give in. Life is worth living again.”

These lyrics are raw and personal and what makes this album so distinct from all the rest of Bieber’s classic love songs. For any beliebers who never lost faith throughout Bieber’s outfall have finally been rewarded with what they’ve all been waiting for.
